Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead R&D initiatives in quantum computing, AI ethics, and biotech integration
- Analyze emerging technologies (Web4, neural interfaces, synthetic biology) for commercial viability
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align tech strategy with company vision
- Build and lead a high-performing innovation lab with $10M+ annual budget
- Represent company at global tech summits and policy discussions
- Drive patent strategy for proprietary future-facing technologies
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ in executive leadership
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech)
- Exceptional strategic planning and stakeholder management skills
- Published research or patents in future technology domains
- Experience scaling teams from 10 to 100+ innovators
- Global network of tech industry influencers and researchers
