Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and Web3 ecosystems
- Lead cross-functional sprints to prototype emerging tech applications with 3-5 year commercialization horizons
- Establish strategic partnerships with university research labs and government innovation initiatives
- Present technology forecasts to C-suite and board members with data-driven impact assessments
- Design governance frameworks for ethical AI deployment and autonomous systems
- Manage $15M+ R&D portfolio allocation across future technology verticals
- Mentor technical teams on exponential technology adoption methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with proven experience in emerging tech commercialization
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futuristics (PhD preferred)
- Deep expertise in at least three future tech domains: quantum computing, AGI, or decentralized systems
- Portfolio demonstrating successful large-scale technology transformation initiatives
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., CFT) or Technology Foresight methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills translating complex technical concepts to executive audiences
- Published research in IEEE, Nature Futures, or equivalent peer-reviewed journals
