Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech planning or innovation management
- Proven track record forecasting tech market shifts
- Advanced degree in Computer Science or Business
- Expertise in at least 3 emerging tech domains (AI, blockchain, biotech)
- Experience with scenario modeling and risk assessment frameworks
