Responsibilities
- Lead strategic technology forecasting for 2026+ market trends and competitive landscapes
- Develop and execute innovation roadmaps for emerging technologies (quantum, AI, biotech)
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-ready solutions into core offerings
- Establish ethical frameworks for responsible AI and autonomous systems deployment
- Drive sustainability initiatives in tech development and supply chain optimization
- Present strategic visions to executive stakeholders and board members
- Mentor cross-functional teams on future technology adoption
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum computing, AI, AR/VR, biotech)
- Proven track record of launching future-facing products or services
- Strong understanding of ethical technology development frameworks
- Experience with scenario planning and strategic foresight methodologies
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business preferred
- Certification in Innovation Management or Technology Strategy a plus
