Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year technology roadmaps aligning with global market trends and business objectives
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum computing, neural interfaces, synthetic biology) for strategic adoption
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and engineering teams
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Establish KPIs for technology adoption success and ROI measurement
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and industry thought leaders
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or emerging tech roles
- Proven track record of implementing future-forward tech solutions at scale
- Expertise in at least three emerging technology domains (AI/ML, Web3, biotech)
- MBA or advanced degree in Technology Management, Engineering, or related field
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Experience leading global teams across diverse cultural and technical contexts
- Certifications in emerging tech (e.g., AWS Machine Learning, Google Quantum AI) preferred
