- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with transformative potential
- Translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or R&D leadership
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, AR/VR, etc.)
- Proven track record of scaling innovative products from concept to market
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Deep understanding of ethical implications and regulatory frameworks for future tech
- Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- Published research or patents in emerging technologies preferred
