Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a 3-year technology strategy aligned with 2026 market trends and organizational goals
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions across AI, quantum computing, and biotech
- Conduct competitive analysis and technology audits to identify disruptive opportunities
- Present strategic roadmaps to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Establish KPIs for technology adoption and innovation ROI
- Foster partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs
- Mentor junior strategists and cultivate innovation culture
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or innovation management
- Proven track record in launching commercialized emerging tech solutions
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, generative AI, synthetic biology, or quantum cryptography
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Strong financial modeling skills for tech ROI projection
- Certified Innovation Professional (CIP) or equivalent preferred
- Exceptional communication with ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences
