Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026+ technology roadmaps aligned with market forecasts and business objectives
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify emerging technologies with disruptive potential
- Architect proof-of-concept frameworks for breakthrough innovations (quantum, neuromorphic, AGI)
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-ready capabilities into commercial offerings
- Present technology vision to stakeholders through compelling executive narratives
- Build and lead a specialized future-tech incubation unit
- Monitor global tech policy shifts and their strategic implications
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership, with 5+ in future-tech domains
- Expertise in emerging tech: quantum computing, AGI, or neuromorphic systems
- Published thought leadership in tech foresight or innovation strategy
- Successful track record of scaling R&D initiatives from concept to market
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Proficiency in scenario planning and technology impact assessment
