- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies with 2026+ commercial potential
- Translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies for executive stakeholders
- Oversee pilot programs for next-gen technologies (e.g., neural interfaces, carbon capture AI)
- Build and mentor a high-performing innovation lab team
- Present strategic vision to investors and board members through compelling narratives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership with Fortune 500/tech startup experience
- Proven track record of forecasting and implementing future-facing technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging domains: AI ethics, quantum applications, or climate tech
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Strategic Innovation
