Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning for emerging technologies (2026-2030) and assess commercial viability
- Develop and execute technology adoption roadmaps for AI, quantum, and biotech sectors
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Manage cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering and product teams
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Monitor regulatory landscapes and ethical frameworks for emerging technologies
- Author thought leadership content on future technology trends
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Strategic Innovation (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in emerging technology commercialization
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI ethics, quantum computing, synthetic biology
- Executive-level presentation and stakeholder management skills
- Published research or patents in emerging technology fields
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
