Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026 technology roadmaps aligning with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions (quantum applications, AI neural interfaces, bio-integrated systems)
- Conduct competitive analysis and identify disruptive innovation opportunities
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Manage $5M+ innovation budgets and vendor partnerships
- Drive ethical technology adoption frameworks ensuring sustainability and inclusivity
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years experience in technology strategy with 3+ in emerging tech (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Proven track record of launching commercialized innovations
- Expertise in scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Strong background in ethical AI development and sustainable tech practices
- Exceptional communication skills for executive-level presentations
- Experience managing cross-continental R&D teams
