Responsibilities
- Lead research and development of 2026 technology roadmaps across AI, biotech, and quantum domains
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies with 3-5 year market impact potential
- Design strategic partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs
- Present technology forecasts and innovation frameworks to C-suite executives
- Oversee pilot programs for prototype technologies with measurable ROI tracking
- Develop ethical frameworks for next-gen AI and automation systems
- Coordinate global innovation challenges to source disruptive talent
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI ethics, or sustainable tech
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Exceptional communication skills for executive-level presentations
- Published research or patents in technology innovation fields
- Experience with international tech ecosystems and regulatory landscapes
