Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive 2026+ technology strategy aligned with organizational vision and market evolution
- Identify, evaluate, and integrate emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech convergence) into core business operations
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate next-gen solutions
- Establish KPI frameworks to measure strategic technology adoption and ROI
- Present future-tech roadmaps to executive stakeholders and secure resource allocation
- Monitor global tech trends, regulatory shifts, and competitive disruptions
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or related executive role
- Proven track record developing multi-year tech roadmaps with measurable outcomes
- Expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, Web3, biotech)
- Experience leading enterprise-scale digital transformation initiatives
- Certified Futurist (CF) or equivalent foresight methodology training
- Exceptional data storytelling and executive communication skills
- Strong background in agile/lean innovation frameworks
- MBA or advanced degree in technology, engineering, or strategic foresight
