Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 5-year technology roadmaps aligning with market disruption forecasts

- Partner with C-suite to secure $50M+ annual innovation funding
- Build and mentor high-performance teams of 15+ specialists
- Drive patent strategy targeting 15+ annual filings
- Establish industry-shaping partnerships with MIT, NASA, and WHO
- Present at Davos, CES, and IEEE global innovation summits
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech leadership
- PhD in Quantum Computing/AI/Neuroscience or equivalent breakthrough experience
- Proven track record of launching category-defining products
- Expertise in ethical AI frameworks and sustainable tech development
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages
- Published 10+ peer-reviewed papers in Nature/Science journals
- Strong network with Fortune 50 CTOs and global innovation labs
- Ability to secure $10M+ in government innovation grants
