Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap with 5-year strategic vision
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies with potential to disrupt markets by 2026
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives in quantum computing, AGI development, and biotech integration
- Develop partnerships with leading research institutions and government innovation labs
- Present technology strategy to C-suite executives and board of directors
- Manage $50M+ innovation budget with ROI-focused technology portfolio
- Drive ethical AI frameworks and sustainable technology adoption standards
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in C-suite or VP-level roles
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies (quantum/AI/biotech)
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field with published research
- Deep expertise in technology forecasting and scenario planning methodologies
- Experience managing global innovation teams across 3+ continents
- Strong network within DARPA, IEEE, and top-tier research institutions
- Certification in Technology Strategy (CTS) or equivalent
