Responsibilities

- Collaborate with product teams to integrate future-proof solutions into existing platforms
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Mentor cross-functional teams on future technology adoption and implementation
- Monitor competitive landscape and regulatory shifts affecting tech strategy
- Drive innovation workshops and hackathons to prototype next-gen solutions
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of scaling tech products in high-growth markets
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, etc.)
- Experience with agile methodologies and product lifecycle management
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
- Exceptional communication skills for executive presentations and stakeholder alignment
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business preferred
