- Mentor junior futurists in emerging technology forecasting methodologies
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in emerging technologies
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published research in quantum computing or sustainable AI
- Proven track record of scaling R&D budgets >$30M
- Expertise in technology lifecycle planning for 2020-2030 horizons
- Deep knowledge of DARPA/NASA innovation frameworks
- Certified Futurist (CF) or equivalent strategic foresight credential
- Experience with global regulatory bodies (ITU, IEEE, WEF)
