Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Management, Engineering, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation roles
- Proven experience with emerging technologies (AI, IoT, quantum computing)
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making ability
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Project management certification (PMP or equivalent)
- Experience in tech startup or Fortune 500 environment
