Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology innovation strategy aligned with business objectives
- Lead market research and competitive analysis for emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Collaborate with product teams to integrate future-forward solutions into core offerings
- Establish strategic partnerships with research institutions and technology pioneers
- Present technology roadmaps and recommendations to executive stakeholders
- Drive cross-functional initiatives for sustainable technology adoption

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Proven track record in emerging technology adoption and scaling
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, AR/VR, or biotech
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex data into actionable strategies
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through technology transformation
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Exceptional communication skills for executive-level presentations
