- Identify and mitigate technology risks while ensuring ethical implementation

Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, AR/VR, etc.)
- Proven experience with scenario planning and futures forecasting
- Certification in Agile/Scrum and technology management frameworks
