- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with organizational goals and market disruptions

- Establish governance frameworks for ethical AI and responsible innovation
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and investor boards
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Proven track record in scaling emerging technologies from concept to market
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains (quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, etc.)
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation Management preferred
