- Develop comprehensive 2026 technology roadmaps spanning AI integration, quantum computing adoption, and Web3 infrastructure
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating next-gen technologies with enterprise applications
- Conduct horizon scanning of emerging tech trends to identify disruptive opportunities
- Present strategic technology recommendations to the board with ROI projections and implementation frameworks
- Establish governance frameworks for ethical AI deployment and responsible innovation
- Manage $5M+ annual innovation budget for strategic technology investments
- Partner with R&D to commercialize breakthrough technologies within 24-month cycles
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech leadership roles
- Proven track record of implementing enterprise-scale transformation initiatives
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging domains: AI/ML, quantum computing, or blockchain
- Certified in Technology Strategy (CTS) or equivalent advanced credential
- Exceptional analytical skills with experience in scenario planning for technological disruption
- Published thought leadership in future technology trends (IEEE, ACM, or similar)
- Experience building and leading high-performing innovation teams in matrix organizations
