Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026+ technology strategy aligned with business objectives and market trends
- Analyze emerging tech landscapes (AI, quantum, Web3, biotech) to identify disruptive opportunities
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype next-gen solutions
- Establish strategic partnerships with research institutions and tech leaders
- Present future-vision roadmaps to stakeholders and investors
- Drive adoption of sustainable tech practices across all product lines
- Mentor a team of futurists and technical architects
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation leadership
- Proven track record in forecasting tech trends and commercializing emerging tech
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, blockchain, or biotech
- C-level experience in tech-driven organizations
- Published thought leadership in tech futurism (patents, whitepapers, keynotes)
- Strong financial acumen for R&D budget allocation and ROI modeling
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism
