Responsibilities
- Architect strategic technology roadmaps for 2026+ with focus on AI ethics, quantum computing integration, and sustainable tech solutions
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate emerging technologies
- Analyze market trends and competitive landscapes to identify disruptive opportunities
- Develop ROI models for next-gen tech investments and secure executive buy-in
- Partner with product teams to embed future-ready capabilities into core offerings
- Present strategic insights to stakeholders through compelling data visualizations and scenario planning
- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of innovation across the organization
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in future-tech planning or innovation leadership
- Proven track record of launching successful tech initiatives in emerging domains
- Expertise in at least three of: quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech integration, or sustainable tech
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with technology focus
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable strategies
- Exceptional communication skills for executive presentations and stakeholder management
- Certification in Strategic Innovation Management or Technology Foresight preferred
- Experience working in agile environments with rapid prototyping methodologies
