Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026+ technology roadmaps aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate emerging technologies
- Analyze disruptive technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech convergence) for strategic adoption
- Present technology forecasts and strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Build and lead a high-performing innovation lab team of 8-12 specialists
- Secure strategic partnerships with leading research institutions and tech pioneers
- Drive innovation culture through workshops, hackathons, and knowledge-sharing initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product development, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record of forecasting and implementing emerging technologies
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business (MBA/MSc preferred)
- Expertise in at least three emerging tech domains: quantum computing, generative AI, or Web3
- Executive-level presentation skills with ability to articulate complex concepts clearly
- Experience managing R&D budgets exceeding $5M
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management (e.g., CFTE, CEIM)
- Portfolio demonstrating successful technology transformation initiatives
