Responsibilities
- Design 5-year technology roadmaps for AI, biotech, and climate tech convergence
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping quantum-resistant security systems
- Advocate for ethical AI frameworks in partnership with WEF and IEEE
- Identify M&A targets in emerging tech verticals with $500M+ potential
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite and board of directors quarterly
- Manage $10M R&D budget for experimental technology incubation
- Author white papers published in Nature Technology and MIT Sloan Review
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy with 5+ in emerging technologies
- PhD in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent demonstrable expertise
- Proven track record scaling tech initiatives to $1B+ valuation
- Deep expertise in quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, or synthetic biology
- Published thought leadership in top-tier tech journals
- Fluency in Mandarin, Arabic, or Spanish preferred
- Security clearance or willingness to obtain Tier 3 clearance
