Qualifications

- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Proven track record scaling AI/quantum initiatives
- Expertise in emerging tech frameworks (NIST AI, IEEE ethics standards)
- Published research in top-tier journals (Nature, Science)
- Fluency in 3+ programming languages (Python, Rust, Q#)
- Strategic partnerships with MIT, Stanford, or similar institutions
