Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps aligning with emerging market trends and regulatory shifts
- Lead cross-functional initiatives integrating quantum-resistant cryptography and edge AI systems
- Conduct scenario planning for climate-resilient tech infrastructure across 15+ global sites
- Partner with venture capital teams to identify and acquire disruptive startups in Web3 and neuromorphic computing
- Present strategic blueprints to C-suite executives and board members quarterly
- Mentor next-gen engineers through our Future Tech Fellowship program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in emerging technologies (quantum/AI/blockchain)
- Proven experience leading $50M+ digital transformation programs
- MBA or MS in Computer Science/Engineering from top-tier institution
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or Nature journals
- Security clearance (or ability to obtain) for federal projects
- Fluency in Mandarin or Arabic for international stakeholder management
- CEH or CISM certification required
