Responsibilities
- Develop and implement technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 market projections and business objectives
- Lead research on emerging technologies (quantum computing, AGI, neuromorphic systems) and their commercial applications
- Champion innovation through rapid prototyping and proof-of-concept development cycles
- Partner with product, engineering, and marketing teams to align technology strategy with customer needs
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Build and mentor a high-performing innovation lab team
- Monitor global tech trends and competitive landscapes to inform strategic pivots
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or emerging tech innovation
- Proven track record of launching disruptive products or services
- Expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking abilities with data-driven decision-making
- Experience managing cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments
- Strong presentation skills with ability to articulate complex concepts to non-technical audiences
- Published thought leadership in technology or innovation publications preferred
