Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology roadmaps for emerging sectors (quantum, AI, neurotech)
- Identify and assess disruptive technologies with 3-5 year market potential
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D and product teams
- Present strategic frameworks to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and research labs
- Monitor geopolitical and ethical implications of technological advancement
- Drive adoption of prototyping methodologies for future-forward solutions
Qualifications
- 8+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in emerging tech commercialization (AI/blockchain/biotech)
- Expertise in futures forecasting and scenario planning methodologies
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making aptitude
- Exceptional communication with ability to translate complex concepts
- Master's degree in Technology, Business, or related field (PhD preferred)

- Portfolio demonstrating at least 3 implemented future-tech initiatives
