Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a 5-year technology strategy aligning with 2026 market trends and business objectives
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, Web3) for competitive advantage
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and scaling next-gen solutions
- Present strategic technology roadmaps to investors, board members, and industry forums
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Drive innovation through hackathons, R&D investments, and talent acquisition
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory impacts on future technology adoption
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech
- Proven track record launching at least two market-defining innovations
- Deep expertise in AI, quantum computing, or sustainable tech ecosystems
- Executive-level communication and stakeholder management skills
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Strategy
