Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive technology strategy for the years 2026 and beyond, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Monitor and analyze emerging technologies, trends, and market disruptions to identify opportunities and threats.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate future technologies into product development and business processes.
- Present strategic insights and recommendations to executive leadership and stakeholders.
- Build and maintain relationships with key industry partners, research institutions, and thought leaders.
- Lead the evaluation and adoption of new technologies, ensuring scalability and security.
- Drive innovation culture by fostering experimentation and continuous learning within the organization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field; Master's or PhD preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, innovation management, or a related role, with at least 5 years in a leadership position.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful technology roadmaps.
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies such as AI, quantum computing, blockchain, and biotechnology.
- Exceptional analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
