Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in executive leadership
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field
- Published research in Nature or Science on emerging technologies
- Proven track record scaling AI/quantum initiatives to enterprise level
- Certified in Futures Thinking (CFP) and Technology Architecture
- Experience securing $100M+ in federal tech grants
- Fluency in Mandarin and Spanish for global partnerships
