- Forge strategic partnerships with startups, research institutions, and industry leaders
- Present technology visions to executive stakeholders and secure buy-in for high-impact initiatives
- Drive innovation culture through hackathons, R&D investments, and talent acquisition
- Monitor geopolitical/regulatory shifts affecting technology adoption and strategy
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, AR/VR, biotech)
- Proven track record of launching disruptive products or services
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- Experience with scenario planning and futures methodologies
- Portfolio demonstrating thought leadership in tech innovation (patents, publications, keynotes)
