Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026-2030 technology roadmap aligned with market disruption forecasts
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions including AI-human interfaces and decentralized networks
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum, neuromorphic, synthetic biology) for strategic implementation opportunities
- Establish partnerships with research institutions and startups to accelerate innovation pipelines
- Present technology foresight insights to C-suite executives and board members with actionable recommendations
- Drive R&D investments toward breakthrough technologies with 5-10 year market impact potential
- Mentor junior strategists in future-thinking methodologies and trend analysis frameworks
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years focused on emerging tech forecasting
- Proven track record of developing and implementing disruptive technology roadmaps
- Expertise in at least three of these domains: AI ethics, quantum computing, biotech convergence, or decentralized systems
- PhD or advanced degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Futurism preferred
- Published thought leadership in technology foresight (white papers, patents, or keynotes)
- Experience scaling innovation teams in high-growth tech environments
- Certification in Futures Studies or Technology Foresight (e.g., APF or WFS)
- Deep understanding of geopolitical and ethical implications of emerging technologies
