Responsibilities

- Develop strategic technology roadmaps aligned with emerging industry trends
- Conduct feasibility studies for emerging technologies (quantum, neuromorphic, bio-hybrid systems)
- Mentor junior engineers and foster innovation culture through hackathons and R&D sprints
- Secure intellectual property through patent filings and trade secret protection
- Collaborate with product teams to translate technical vision into market-ready solutions
Qualifications
- 10+ years in enterprise architecture with proven experience in emerging technologies
- Expertise in AI/ML frameworks, quantum computing protocols, and sustainable engineering
