Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligning with market trends and company vision
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum computing, advanced AI, biotech fusion) for commercial viability
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions through agile development cycles
- Present strategic technology insights to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Establish industry partnerships with research institutions and tech pioneers
- Monitor global tech disruption indicators and recommend proactive mitigation/adaptation strategies
- Drive innovation culture through internal hackathons and knowledge-sharing initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or R&D leadership roles
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, advanced AI systems, or biotech integration
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capability
- Strong presentation skills with experience addressing executive audiences
- Certification in emerging technology frameworks (e.g., IEEE Future Tech Standards)
- Published research or patents in relevant technological domains
