- Develop strategic roadmaps aligning technology adoption with business objectives and market trends
- Partner with R&D to prototype and validate future-facing solutions in sandbox environments
- Present technology forecasts and recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Manage vendor ecosystems and partnerships for experimental technology integration
- Establish KPIs and frameworks for measuring innovation ROI and adoption success
- Drive cultural initiatives to embed future-thinking across organizational DNA
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies (portfolio required)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with tech specialization
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (e.g., generative AI, neuromorphic computing)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to quantify intangible innovation opportunities
- Credibility with C-suite and experience communicating complex tech concepts to non-technical audiences
- Published thought leadership in technology futurism (white papers, patents, keynotes)
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management preferred
