Responsibilities
- Develop and execute technology roadmaps for 2026-2030, focusing on emerging AI and quantum applications
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen systems with 20+ POCs annually
- Analyze global tech trends to identify $1B+ market opportunities
- Secure partnerships with top-tier research institutions (MIT, Stanford, ETH Zurich)
- Present strategic frameworks to C-suite and board stakeholders quarterly
- Drive innovation sprints with 15+ engineering researchers
- Manage $5M+ annual R&D budget allocation across verticals
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in emerging technologies
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published research in Nature/Science journals or equivalent impact
- Proven track record scaling AI/quantum solutions to enterprise level
- Expertise in ethical AI frameworks and sustainable tech principles
- Experience with futures methodologies (scenario planning, Delphi technique)
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming (Qiskit)
- Security clearance or ability to obtain (government projects)
