Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year technology roadmaps for quantum, biotech, and AI convergence
- Lead cross-functional teams in building proof-of-concepts for 2026-era innovations
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with disruptive potential
- Forge strategic partnerships with research institutions and industry leaders
- Translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies
- Present technology forecasts to C-suite executives and board members
- Drive ethical frameworks for next-gen AI and automation systems
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, etc.)
- Proven track record of launching future-facing products or services
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business Strategy
- Strong network within global R&D communities
- Exceptional presentation skills for executive and technical audiences
