Responsibilities
- Develop 5-10 year innovation roadmaps integrating quantum computing, AI ethics, and biotechnology convergence
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen human-AI collaboration systems
- Identify and prioritize emerging technologies with $10M+ market potential
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and national labs
- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite and government stakeholders
- Design ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and digital twins
- Manage annual $5M innovation portfolio allocation
Qualifications
- Master's or PhD in Futurism, Systems Engineering, or Innovation Management
- 10+ years in strategic planning with tech disruption experience
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Proven track record of scaling innovations from concept to market
- Certification in Futures Studies or Technology Foresight
- Published research on technological singularity implications
- Experience with scenario planning for 2030+ horizons
