Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026 strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with market trends and technological forecasts
- Lead cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, and product managers to execute future-facing initiatives
- Conduct horizon scanning and competitive analysis to identify disruptive opportunities
- Secure and manage strategic partnerships with startups, academia, and industry leaders
- Present innovation frameworks to executive leadership and investors
- Mentor emerging talent in emerging technology adoption methodologies
- Measure and report on KPIs for innovation pipeline maturity and market impact
Qualifications
- 8+ years in innovation strategy, product development, or technology consulting
- Proven track record launching products/technologies with 3+ year market impact
- Expertise in emerging tech: AI/ML, quantum computing, or biotechnology
- Advanced degree in Business, Engineering, or Futurist Studies
- Strong financial modeling skills for tech investment evaluation
- Experience with agile methodologies and stage-gate processes
- Published thought leadership in innovation or technology foresight
- Exceptional stakeholder management across C-suite to technical teams
