- Present technology forecasts and risk assessments to executive leadership
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D and product teams
- Establish KPIs for tracking technology adoption impact on business metrics
- Build and maintain relationships with venture capital and startup ecosystems
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, consulting, or R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, etc.)
- Proven track record of forecasting market trends with 85%+ accuracy
- Experience developing enterprise-wide digital transformation roadmaps
- Strong financial acumen for technology ROI modeling
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
