Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional 'Future Labs' to prototype next-gen solutions with 5-10 year commercialization horizons
- Present technology forecasts and disruption scenarios to executive stakeholders and board committees
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions (MIT, Stanford, ETH Zurich) and R&D consortia
- Design ethical frameworks for responsible innovation in high-stakes domains
- Mentor innovation teams in rapid prototyping and lean experimentation methodologies

Qualifications
- Advanced degree (PhD/MSc) in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Futurology with 8+ years in tech strategy
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies in enterprise environments
