Responsibilities
- Lead strategic planning for emerging technology adoption (AI/ML, quantum computing, Web3, IoT) through 2026
- Conduct horizon scanning and competitive analysis to identify disruptive technologies
- Develop technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives and market trends
- Drive innovation initiatives through cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management
- Present technology forecasts and strategic recommendations to executive leadership
- Establish KPIs for measuring technology ROI and innovation impact
- Build partnerships with startups, research institutions, and tech vendors
- Mentor cross-functional teams on future technology integration
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, quantum computing, AR/VR)
- Proven track record of translating technology trends into business value
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex information
- Experience building and executing multi-year technology roadmaps
- Exceptional communication and executive presentation skills
- Certification in innovation management or technology strategy preferred
