Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap, aligning with market trends and business objectives
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum computing, neural interfaces, synthetic biology) for commercial viability
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating future tech concepts
- Build strategic partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and research labs
- Present technology forecasts and innovation opportunities to C-suite executives and investors
- Drive thought leadership through industry publications, conferences, and patent development
- Manage R&D budget allocation and resource optimization for future tech initiatives
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; PhD preferred
- 5+ years in strategic technology planning or R&D leadership at Fortune 500 or high-growth tech firms
- Proven track record of launching at least two breakthrough technologies from concept to market
- Deep expertise in emerging tech domains: AI ethics, quantum applications, biotech convergence
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable strategies
