Responsibilities
- Design and implement 5-year technology roadmaps for emerging sectors including quantum computing, neurotech, and climate tech
- Lead cross-functional R&D teams in prototyping disruptive solutions with real-world impact
- Analyze global tech trends and regulatory landscapes to inform strategic innovation priorities
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align technology initiatives with business growth objectives
- Develop ethical frameworks for emerging technologies ensuring responsible deployment
- Manage $5M+ innovation budgets with ROI-focused resource allocation
- Present strategic vision to investors, partners, and industry thought leaders
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with proven experience in emerging tech sectors
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI ethics, climate tech, or neurotech
- Track record of launching commercialized technologies with $10M+ revenue impact
- Strong network within global innovation ecosystems (Silicon Valley, EU, Asia)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Certification in Technology Strategy or Innovation Management (e.g., Stanford LEAD)
- Experience scaling teams from prototype to global deployment
