Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy, product development, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record scaling tech initiatives in Fortune 500 or high-growth startups
- Expertise in emerging technologies: AI/ML, quantum computing, blockchain, AR/VR
- Strategic MBA or advanced degree in Computer Science/Engineering preferred
