Responsibilities
- Architect and implement 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with market evolution and consumer behavior shifts
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate emerging technologies (quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, etc.)
- Develop strategic partnerships with academic institutions and global research labs
- Conduct competitive analysis and scenario planning for disruptive tech adoption

Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
