Responsibilities
- Scan horizon for emerging technologies (quantum, neuromorphic computing, AR/VR 2.0) and assess business implications
- Develop 3-5 year technology roadmaps aligned with market disruption forecasts
- Lead innovation sprints with R&D teams to prototype next-gen solutions
- Partner with C-suite to integrate tech strategy into corporate vision
- Establish KPIs for measuring technology adoption ROI and innovation velocity
- Present findings to stakeholders through compelling data visualizations
- Build strategic alliances with academic institutions and tech pioneers
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership
- Expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (AI, blockchain, quantum, etc.)
- Proven track record of launching disruptive products/services
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Technology Foresight preferred
- Strong analytical skills with data modeling and scenario planning expertise
- Experience scaling agile methodologies for complex tech ecosystems
- Exceptional communication skills for translating technical concepts to executives
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
